Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 12:14PM I'm honored to have my work featured in The Character Compendium, a beautiful new book of character art published by Pictoplasma.

Pictured are pieces from my 2011 show Mochimochi Worlds, held at Smallspace in Berlin, and Mochimochimochimochimochi, a 2011 installation shown at the Lion Brand Yarn Store in NYC.
Thank you Pictoplasma!
Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 12:59PM The Martha Stewart Show has sadly come to an end, but I was honored to have my book Teeny-Tiny Mochimochi featured on of the last episodes.
A big thank-you to the great people who worked at The Martha Stewart Show, and also to Kim Small at Random House for making this happen!
Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 12:58PM My gnome obsession continues, as does my animated GIF obsession. This one was accomplished using a toothpick stuck into the background to make the little guy hop!

Friday, April 6, 2012 at 09:47AM A new animated gif for Easter! Maybe my favorite yet.

Friday, March 9, 2012 at 08:45PM I don't mean to gross anyone out, but my apartment has an infestation problem.

It's true - a few tiny gnomes found their way inside and now they're everywhere! See where else I've found them in the Tiny Mochis section.
Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 11:37AM Citrus Twiggins are mischievous little thieves who have never worked a day in their lives.

I made this original piece for the 2011-2012 Luv-able & Hug-able show at gallery hanahou. It's now available for $65 USD.
Materials: found wood, wool yarn, polyester stuffing
Size: 9-1/4 inches long

Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 11:45AM I just made a new animated GIF last night!

I think I'm getting a bit better at making the lighting consitent. For this one, I also tried to make the action faster at the steepest part of the hill, then slow down as the yetis came to the bottom. What will those yetis do next??
You can see all of my animated GIFs here.
